Account and sign-in

We use Clerk to authenticate accounts. You sign in with Google or with a one-time code emailed to you; there is no password.

Your content

The video and audio you upload, and the renders we produce from them, are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. They are not public; access is only through short-lived signed URLs issued to you.

To transcribe your audio we send it to OpenAI (Whisper). To analyze your edit and to generate captions and platform copy, we send text to OpenAI's text models. We do not log the bodies of the prompts we send.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are purchased through Stripe Checkout and managed through the Stripe Billing Portal. We never receive or store your card details.

• Solo — $14.99/month, on a subscription that renews automatically every month (auto-renew) until you cancel.
• Creator — $34.99/month, on a subscription that renews automatically every month (auto-renew) until you cancel.
• Studio — $79.99/month, on a subscription that renews automatically every month (auto-renew) until you cancel.

Prices are provisional and may change before general availability.

The 3-day trial requires a card on file and includes 30 trial minutes that expire when the trial ends. Your existing 600-second (10-minute) beta allowance is kept, and plan minutes start with your first payment. The trial lasts three days and requires a card on file: unless you cancel before it ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose on day four.

You can cancel any time through the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and ends there, not immediately.

Unused minutes do not roll over: each renewal replaces what’s left with your plan’s fresh allowance. We do not refund unused minutes pro rata if you cancel or your plan changes mid-period. If a render fails and can’t be retried, its reserved minutes are returned to your balance automatically.

How long we keep your uploads and renders is covered under "Retention and deletion" below.

We do not currently add tax to the listed price.

Refunds. Minutes reserved by a render that fails, is cancelled, or cannot run come back to your balance automatically; that is the only automatic refund. Subscription payments are otherwise non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a fault on our side kept you from using the service or where the law requires a refund. To ask for one, email support@lazycreator.pro within 14 days of the charge with your workspace email and the payment date. A refund we issue never removes minutes you have already used.

Retention and deletion

You can delete a video from your dashboard at any time; this removes its media and leaves a tombstone record, and it cannot be undone by re-uploading under the same id. Separately, there is no automatic expiry of your source uploads or rendered outputs today; deleting your account and all of its data is done on request to the contact address below. We may introduce automatic deletion of source uploads and rendered outputs 90 days after a video finishes; if we do, the video page will show the deletion date before anything is removed.
